MARKET STALL – EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

Applications for 2023 stall sites is now open for the Hampton Festival. Choose from the options below Food/Wine Stall and/or Market Stall.
To apply for a Food/Wine Stall at the Hampton Festival, please follow these steps:
- Review the Hampton Festival guidelines and requirements for Food/Wine Stalls.
- Complete the Application outlining your product range, food/wine preparation methods, and any other relevant information about your business.
- Submit your Application and all required documentation to the Hampton Festival Committee for review. This may include business licenses, food safety certificates, and public liability insurance.
- The Festival Committee will review your application and may request further information or clarification.
- If your application is approved, you will be notified and provided with a Stallholder Agreement and any additional information required to participate in the Festival.
- Upon receipt of your Stallholder Agreement and payment of any fees, your Food/Wine Stall will be confirmed for the Hampton Festival and a password to the Stall Holders Portal will be supplied.

FOOD & LIQUOR LICENCE REQUIREMENTS (This applies to Food stalls / Restaurants / Wineries / Coffee Vendors only).
All food and beverage operators must have a Temporary Food Licence, unless exempt. Where alcohol is served (by a Winery or other accepted business) a Mobile Liquor Licence is required. A copy of these permits must be provided to the Organiser. The Exhibitor is responsible to determine its permit obligations with Toowoomba Regional Council and Liquor Licensing.8. TASTING PLATES (Applies to restaurants only)
ALL Restaurants must provide at least one (1) smaller and lower priced tasting platter to be sold as part of their menu offering to patrons at the Hampton Festival.
9. PRIVACY ACT
The Exhibitor authorises the Organiser to use its details (Business name, contact details, website) and photographs taken at the Festival for promotional and other purposes as the Organiser deems reasonably appropriate.
10. SIGNAGE
The display of advertising signs of any description is restricted to the area occupied by the Exhibitor. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any signage outside the allocated area and/or attached to a marquee or that may conflict with existing sponsorship obligations or the Festival design. Restaurants, wineries & coffee vendors will be supplied with Festival business name signs.
11. ELECTRICAL TAGGING & TESTING
All stallholders must ensure that electrical equipment and leads comply with The Electrical Safety Act 2002.
12 CANCELLATION BY EXHIBITOR
If the Exhibitor chooses to cancel the agreement more than 30 days prior to the date of the event, 70% of the paid fee will be refunded to the Exhibitor. There will be no refund of any fee when a cancellation is made by the Exhibitor within 30 days of the date of the event.
13. CANCELLATION BY ORGANISER
The Exhibitor will not be entitled to any refund of fees or costs if the event is cancelled by the Organiser within 2 weeks of the date of the event. Cancellation may occur from weather conditions, site conditions or external factors that would cause the event or site to become unsafe, inaccessible or unusable.
14. ANIMALS, SCOOTERS & BICYCLES
Animals other than registered Assistance Dogs are not permitted at the event at any time. Scooters and bicycles or other such devices are not permitted within the fenced Festival site.
