To celebrate and showcase local produce, regional businesses are putting on Tastes of our Region events to coincide with the Hampton Festival weekend. These events allow visitors and locals alike to experience what's great about this inspiring and beautiful part of the region.
Special Twilight Dinner tuskanas, ravensbourne
To celebrate the Hampton Food and Wine Festival a special evening featuring 5-Course Degustation Dinner with matched wine tasting will be held at twilight at Tuskanas Restaurant at Ravensbourne Mountain Retreat.
This is dinner is being specially prepared by guest Chef Drew Simpson of the Queensland College of Wine Tourism and Eddie McGregor of Tuskanas using locally sourced produce.
Wine will be selected and matched by winemaker Peter Orr to accompany the meal and wines presented there can be purchased.
This will be preceded by drinks and canapes overlooking the magnificent views from the Retreat as twilight sets.

At Reflections they aim to deliver a totally unique experience and support local produce growers. They are offering you the chance to have a 'Taste of our Region' by enjoying a gourmet lunch or dinner experience on their Estate.
