Stallholders - EXPRESSION OF INTEREST APPLICATIONS are now closed
Expressions of interest applications for restaurant/cafe/food suppliers, wineries, coffee vendors and food related market stalls open at the end of each calendar year for the following year’s Festival. Applications close at the end of January each year. 2019 applications are closed.
SELECTED FESTIVAL STALLHOLDERS - Stallholders selected for a will be contacted directly by our coordinators. Once selected, you are required to complete the Hampton Festival Site Contract and pay the stall fee to secure your site. Please ensure you download and read the Festival conditions and regulations.
Follow these steps - AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF A stall SITE.
** PLEASE NOTE - Only follow these steps once you have been notified of your successful application by the Hampton Festival committee.
Site contracts and relevant supporting documents are required to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Site fees must be paid by 22 March 2019. Please note - If documents and payment are not received by this date, the Festival Committee has the right to give your site to the next stallholder on the waiting list.

Complete your online stall fee payment and electricity requirements below.
Please note that stall sites are NOT SECURED until both your site contract and payment has been received by the Hampton Festival committee.
Please ensure you pay the relevant stall fee for your type of stall to confirm and secure your site for the 2019 Hampton Festival. Remember to forward your signed contract and documents.
Please order the number and type of electricity you require. NB. The $20 fee is per connection. For example - If you require 2 x 10 amp connections and a 15 amp connection the fee payable will be $60.
