Equal parts craft, science, and sheer gastronomic indulgence, home cheesemaking is something every aspiring foodie should learn. Our four hour, practical cheesemaking workshops will guide you through the process of transforming milk into delicious cheese, helping you to understand the method and the relevance of each step in the process. You will get to hand-make three types of cheese and at the end of the workshop, take them home to enjoy.
Lead by Graham Redhead, an expert cheesemaker who has trained in Italy, France and the UK, the workshops are great if you are a complete novice but also excellent for people with previous cheesemaking experience that want to refine or learn new techniques.
Each participant will be provided with a comprehensive handout with cheesemaking recipes, tips and additional information, enabling you to get started at home. Learn about which ingredients and equipment to use, how to use goat milk instead of cow milk, how to make a large batch or a small batch of cheese and many other tips.
Places are limited to maximise personal instruction with Graham, so book early for a fun and informative experience with a master of his craft.
