We are EXCITED to bring back the delightful and very passionate Dominique Rizzo to the 2012 Festival. Dominique wowed us last year so we just had to have her again.
In 2012 Dominique will be teamed with new chef on the local scene, Dan Boller, who is the new head chef at Eiley's Restaurant in Highfields. Dan is a innovative young chef with over 10 years experience - his philosophy is 'basic food done well'.
Dominique and Dan will be demonstrating their exceptional culinary skills in a series of cooking demonstrations during the day using only locally sourced seasonal produce, most of which will be available for purchase from The Market Place.
