Hampton Summer Long Lunch
The ultimate paddock-to-plate experience was at held at Hampton in February giving guests an amazing dining experience sampling the regions bountiful produce. Visitors joined us for an informative farm experience visiting three food producers before enjoying the Hampton Summer Long Lunch. The local farms visited were:
- Hampton Blue - Blueberry farm
- Twin Pine Limes - Tahitian lime farm
- Paddock to Potager - Pastured pork producers and educational farm tours
Guests were treated to a sumptuous five course banquet lunch prepared using Hampton's diverse harvest by well-known chef, Javier Codina from Moda Restaurant, Brisbane.
Each course was perfectly matched with award winning wines from Clovely Estate in the South Burnett.
The Summer Long Lunch was a great event showcasing Hampton produce in a wonderful high country setting.
